Your privacy, in plain English
We keep this readable on purpose. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we work with, and the choices you have. The short version: we don't sell your data, and what's yours stays yours. Last updated June 18, 2026.
1. Who we are
Florida AI Partners is a Florida-based AI growth partner for local businesses. We run the digital side of your business — your website, your phone and chat, your reviews, your marketing, and front- and back-office automation. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Florida AI Partners. "You" means anyone who visits our website, contacts us, or whose information we handle for one of our clients.
2. The short version
- We only collect what we need to help you or serve our clients.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
- What's yours stays yours. You can ask to see your information, fix it, or have it deleted.
- We found no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on our website. We don't follow you around the web.
3. What we collect
Information you give us directly. This includes:
- Chat with our AI assistant. Our website has an AI chat widget. You can ask it questions, and you can choose to share your name, phone number, and email — for example, to get a reply or to book a call. We receive the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share.
- Forms. When you fill out a lead form, contact form, or booking request, we receive what you enter — such as your name, phone, email, business, and your message.
- Booking a consultation. When you book a call, we collect the details needed to schedule it and follow up.
- Phone calls. If you call a phone line answered by our AI receptionist, the call may be recorded and turned into a written transcript so we can answer you, follow up, and improve the service. You'll hear a notice that the call may be recorded.
- Payments. If you buy a service, our payment processor collects your payment details to charge you. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
Information from your device. We keep this to a minimum. Our AI chat widget stores your current conversation only in your browser's session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. We did not find any third-party analytics or advertising cookies on our website. Our hosting provider may keep basic, standard server logs (such as the time of a request) to keep the site running and secure.
4. Information our clients share with us
When a business hires us, they may share information about their own customers — such as names, phone numbers, emails, and a history of calls, messages, and reviews — so we can run their website, phone, chat, reviews, and marketing. When we handle that information, we act as a service provider for our client. We only use it to provide the service they hired us for, and we follow their instructions. The business stays in control of its own customer data. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to see or delete your information, please contact that business directly, or reach us and we'll help connect you.
5. How we use your information
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on consultations.
- To provide, run, and improve the services that you — or our clients — hired us for.
- To process payments for the services you buy.
- To send messages you asked for, or that are needed for a service. We only send marketing texts or emails when we have the consent the law requires, and you can opt out at any time.
- To keep our services safe, prevent fraud and abuse, fix problems, and meet our legal obligations.
6. Who we work with
We use a small set of trusted technology providers to run our services. They process information on our behalf and are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us — not for their own purposes. The main ones are:
- Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that powers our chat assistant, voice receptionist, and content tools. It processes the text of conversations to generate replies.
- Supabase — our secure database, where we store contacts, leads, and records of interactions.
- Twilio — sends and receives text messages and supports phone features.
- Vapi — powers our AI voice receptionist, including call handling, recording, and transcription.
- Stripe — securely processes payments.
- Resend — sends our emails, such as confirmations, login links, and notifications.
For the full, current list — including providers that only apply to specific services — see our Subprocessors page. We keep it up to date and tell our clients before we add or change a provider that handles their customers' information.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer (such as a merger or sale) — in which case this policy would still apply to your information.
7. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We may use anonymized, combined learnings to improve our services, but that is not linked back to you.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as the law requires — for example, while you're a prospect or active client, to keep records, or to meet tax and legal duties. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to fix problems quickly if they come up.
10. Your privacy rights
We honor the privacy rights given to Florida residents under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) and to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete the information we hold about you.
- Get a copy of your information in a portable form, so you can take it with you.
- Opt out of the sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising. As noted above, we don't do either — so there's nothing to opt out of — but you're always welcome to tell us your preferences.
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights. We won't deny you service or charge you more.
To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected] or call (561) 566-6996. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, to keep your information safe. We'll respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll explain the outcome.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are made for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and the law evolve. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "last updated" date here and, where appropriate, let you know. Please check back from time to time.
