The plain-English terms of working with us
We keep this readable on purpose. These terms cover how our services, billing, ownership, and website integration work. Last updated June 5, 2026.
1. Who we are
Florida AI Partners is a Florida-based AI growth partner for local businesses. We run the digital side of your business — your website, your phone and chat, your reviews, your marketing, and front- and back-office automation. "We," "us," and "our" mean Florida AI Partners; "you" means the business that engages us.
2. Our services work within our ecosystem
Our services are designed to work within the Florida AI Partners ecosystem. Many of them — for example our AI website chatbot, web-form lead replies, on-page SEO, on-site analytics, and live social feeds — plug into your website. The smoothest, most reliable setup is hosting your website with us on a Care Plan, because we control the environment end to end.
If your website is hosted elsewhere, we'll still work with you wherever we can — but some implementation will fall to you or your web provider (for example, adding our code snippet, wiring your forms to us, or granting access), additional complexities may arise from your platform, and we cannot fully own, guarantee, or maintain anything we do not host. Where a service requires changes to a site we don't control, we'll scope that integration up front, and a one-time integration fee and/or adjusted pricing may apply.
3. You own your site, your content, and your data
What's yours stays yours — your website, your content, your customers, and your data. We organize it and put it to work for you, but we don't hold it hostage. There's no long-term lock-in: if you ever leave, you take your things with you. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings to improve our services, and we may reference that we worked with you unless you ask us not to.
4. Website custody & "bring your own site"
You're never required to host your website with us to buy a service. But for services that integrate with a website we don't host, you are responsible for the access and changes we need on your end, and we are not responsible for issues caused by your hosting, platform, or third-party tools. The cleanest path — and the one we recommend — is to transfer your site to us on a Care Plan, which removes this friction.
5. Billing & payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charges described at checkout.
- One-time website build fees are billed up front (the Signature tier is a 50% deposit to start, with the balance billed at launch). One-time add-ons (e.g., a brand kit) are billed on your first invoice.
- Monthly services and Care Plans are recurring subscriptions, billed to your card on file each month until canceled.
- Some services include fair-use limits or metered components (e.g., call minutes, text messages, ad spend, additional locations). Usage beyond what's included, and third-party costs like ad spend, are passed through or billed separately as described for that service.
- Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
6. Cancellation
Recurring services are month-to-month — no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period (we don't pro-rate partial months). One-time build fees and deposits already incurred are non-refundable once work has started. When you cancel, you keep your website, content, and data.
7. What we promise — and what we don't
We deliver our work with real care and to a professional standard. But we can't guarantee specific outcomes — like a particular Google ranking, number of leads, or amount of revenue — because those depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms (Google, Meta, telephone carriers, and others) and your own market. Our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question over the prior month.
8. Your responsibilities & acceptable use
You're responsible for giving us accurate business information and the access we need, and for using our services lawfully. Some services have rules we both must follow — for example, we never gate or buy reviews (against Google and FTC rules), and text/email marketing requires proper consent (CAN-SPAM, A2P/10DLC). You're responsible for the legal compliance of the content and customer data you provide.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. If we make a material change, we'll note the new "last updated" date here and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions about anything here? Reach us at [email protected] or (561) 566-6996 — we're happy to walk through any of it before you sign up.
