Do I even need a website? All my business is word-of-mouth.
That's a great sign. It means people love you. But word-of-mouth works differently now. Your fan tells a friend, and the first thing that friend does is pull out their phone to look you up. If nothing comes up, the referral goes cold. A website doesn't replace word-of-mouth. It catches it.
