What exactly does Florida AI Partners do?
We use AI to help your business grow. We can run your website, answer your phone and chat, get you reviews, and do your marketing — all done for you. Most people start with a $500 website that helps customers find them on Google. Then they add more, one piece at a time, when they're ready.
Do I have to start with a website? Can I just get the AI services?
You can start anywhere. The website is the easiest first step, and everything else works well with it. But if what you need most is more reviews, an AI that answers your phone, or marketing — you can start there instead. You choose exactly what you want.
Do I even need a website? My customers come from people telling their friends.
That's a great sign — it means people love your business. But things work differently now. A happy customer tells a friend, and the first thing that friend does is search for you on their phone. If they find nothing, you lose them. A website does not replace word of mouth. It catches the new customers it sends you.
I don't have time to deal with this.

Who owns my website and my customer data?
You do. Your website, your content, your customers, and your data are all yours. We organize it and put it to work for you, but it belongs to you. You are never locked in. If you ever want to leave, that's your choice — and you take everything with you.
Can I keep my Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress site and still use you?
Yes. Most of what we do — your phone, Google, reviews, ads, listings, social posts, and office automation — works no matter where your website lives. A few things plug right into your site, like the chatbot or instant web-form replies; those need a little access on your end, and we can't promise to fix things on a site we don't host. So we'll talk that through up front, sometimes with a small one-time setup fee. The smoothest path is letting us host your site, but we'll meet you where you are.
Where is my data kept, and do you ever sell it?
Your information lives in your own private record that we run for you — one secure place that powers all your services. Your team and ours use it to run your business. We never sell or share your data, and there's no part of our business that resells customer information. If someone opts out of a text or unsubscribes from an email, they're removed everywhere automatically.
What if I cancel — do I keep my site and my data?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month with no long contract. Cancel anytime, and you keep your website and your data. There's a flat $150 fee only if you'd like us to move your site to a new host for you. And if a service isn't working in its first 30 days, we'll make it right or refund that month.

Will the AI make things up about my business?
No — that's the whole design. The AI only answers from your real information: your services, hours, prices, and the way you talk. If it doesn't know something, it says so and offers to connect the person to you. It will never invent a price or a policy.
Is the AI any good? Will it sound like a robot?
Good question. We teach the AI all about your business — your services, hours, prices, and the way you talk. So it answers like a real person who works for you, not a generic robot. We test it before any customer uses it. And when a question is too hard, it passes the customer to a real person (you or us) instead of guessing. It knows what it knows, and it knows when to ask for help.
Does the AI answer my actual phone? Do I have to change my number?
Yes — it answers your real phone, and you keep your number. You don't change it or move it. We set the AI up on its own line and give you one simple forwarding setting, so calls come to the AI when you can't pick up — after hours, or when you're already on a call. We send you the exact steps for your phone or phone company; it takes about a minute, and you can turn it off any time. Your published number never changes, and the AI catches the calls you'd otherwise miss.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number you have now — the one on your truck, your cards, your Google listing, and your ads. There is no porting and no downtime. We set up a separate line for the AI that your callers never see, and you turn on one simple forwarding setting so your calls reach the AI. We send you the exact step-by-step for your phone or phone company, it takes about a minute, and you can turn it off any time.
Will the AI book appointments for me?
Yes. It can book the appointment live — it checks your open times, offers them to the customer, confirms the time (out loud on a call or in the chat), and saves it. Or, if you prefer, it just takes the details and sends the customer to your scheduler. Either way you get the booking right away.
What if several people call at once?
They all get answered. Unlike a normal phone line that can only take one call at a time, the AI answers several callers at once — so a rush of calls (a busy afternoon, or a storm) never gets a busy signal or goes to voicemail.

How do you get me more Google reviews — and is that allowed?
Yes, it's allowed, and it's built to stay that way. We send every happy customer a warm message asking for a review, with a direct link to your Google page, plus one polite reminder if they don't click. We ask everyone the same way — we don't hide the unhappy ones, because that breaks Google's and the FTC's rules and can get you penalized. We can't promise an exact number, but asking every customer at the right moment, every time, is what steadily moves your rating up.
Can you get me to #1 on Google, or guarantee rankings?
No one honest can guarantee a spot on Google — anyone who promises #1 is bluffing. What we guarantee is the right work every month — your Google profile, your listings, your content — and a simple report that shows your movement up the map over time. It's a marathon, not a switch, and the monthly report is your proof of progress.
Isn't my website already set up for Google? What's the SEO service?
Your website ships ready for Google on day one. The SEO service is the ongoing climbing on top of that — the monthly work on your Google profile, your listings, your content, and your rankings that keeps moving you up and holds your spot. The site gets you in the game; the SEO service helps you win it over time.
Will you run my Google and Facebook ads? Is the ad budget included?
Yes — a real person on our team builds, runs, and improves your campaigns, and you get a plain-English report each month on what your money bought. Your ad budget is separate and goes on your own card with Google or Facebook directly — we manage it, we never touch it. We don't promise a set number of leads (no honest agency can), and a few businesses, like vape or CBD shops, are blocked from ads by Google and Facebook — for those we'd put your budget into Google, reviews, and organic instead.
What's in the monthly report?
Your real numbers, in one plain-English page each month — the leads, calls, reviews, and traffic we're already tracking for you: what happened, what changed, and what to do next. No dashboards to log into, and the AI only writes from your real numbers, so it can't claim a trend your data doesn't show.

Can you text my customers? How soon can it start?
Yes — from your own business number, with one-tap opt-out built in so it's fully compliant. The one honest catch: in the US, a business has to clear a carrier registration before it can text, and that approval is outside our control — it can take a few days up to a few weeks, and it needs your business EIN. We start it the day you sign, and your email and phone tools work right away in the meantime. One exception: tobacco and vape shops are blocked from marketing texts by the carriers, so for those we lean on email and phone instead.
Will you post to my Instagram and Facebook? Do I approve first?
Yes — you connect your accounts once with a secure link (we never see your passwords), and we write and schedule on-brand posts to both. You approve every post by default with one tap; if you'd rather, high-trust clients can switch it to fully automatic. TikTok and video are coming, but today it's Instagram and Facebook.
Are the photos and videos real or AI? Can I use them anywhere?
They're AI-made from your brand — your logo, your colors, and real photos you give us — so every batch looks like one consistent brand, not generic stock. A person on our team picks the best ones before you ever see them, and you get ready-to-post files you can use anywhere. It's the steady stream of fresh content you never have time to make — not a replacement for a specific real photo shoot.
What happens when I miss a call?
The moment you miss a call, the caller gets a friendly text from your business — 'Sorry we missed you, how can we help?' — within seconds, so they don't just dial the next business on the list. From there it's a real two-way text conversation, all saved for you. (The texting uses the same carrier registration as above, which we start right away.)

What do I pay upfront vs monthly? Am I locked into a contract?
The website build is a one-time cost when you sign (our biggest builds are split half now, half at launch). Everything ongoing — your Care Plan and any services — is a simple monthly charge on a card we keep on file. It's month-to-month: cancel anytime, keep your site and data, and if something isn't working in the first 30 days we make it right or refund that month. We'd rather earn it every month than trap you.
Can I pick and choose exactly which services I want?
Yes — that's the whole idea. You can pick exactly what you need, one service at a time. The more services you choose together, the more you save. Or you can start with one of our ready-made plans (Foundation, Growth, or Partner) and change it to fit you. You never pay for something you don't use.
Is there a discount for taking more than one service?
Yes — the more you bundle, the more you save: about 10% off at two or three services, more at four or five, and 25% off once you're at six or more. You can also start from a ready-made plan — Foundation, Growth, or Partner — and change it to fit. The discount is on the monthly side; a one-time website build stays the same.
Can you build a custom automation for my exact process? How much?
Yes — that's one of our favorite things to do. We use AI to automate the unique, repetitive office work no off-the-shelf tool fits — the 'every time this happens, someone has to do that by hand' kind of work. The cost depends entirely on your process, so we don't guess at a number. We start with a short, paid discovery session where we map it out and figure out what's buildable — and that fee credits toward the build if you move ahead.
How do I get on a call with you?
