The providers we use to run your services
To deliver our services, we rely on a small set of trusted technology providers. They process information on our behalf and are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us — never for their own purposes. This page lists them in plain English. Last updated June 18, 2026.
How to read this list
Not every provider applies to every client — the ones involved depend on which services you use. The core providers run the shared parts of our platform. The service-specific providers are only involved when you use the service next to them. This page is the companion to our Privacy Policy and the official provider list referred to in our Data Processing Agreement.
Core providers
These run the shared platform behind most of our services.
- Cloudflare — hosts our websites and apps and keeps them fast and secure. Most information passes through it.
- Supabase — our secure database, where we store contacts, leads, and a history of interactions.
- Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that powers our chat assistant, voice receptionist, and content tools. It processes text to generate replies.
- Twilio — sends and receives text messages and supports phone features.
- Vapi — powers our AI voice receptionist, including call handling, recording, and transcription.
- Resend — sends our emails, such as confirmations, login links, and notifications.
- Stripe — securely processes the payments you make to us. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page, not stored on our systems.
Service-specific providers
These are only involved when you use the related service.
- Deepgram — turns speech into text for the voice receptionist.
- ElevenLabs — gives the voice receptionist a natural-sounding voice.
- OpenAI — generates images and content for our creative service.
- Google — image and content generation (Gemini), scheduling availability (Calendar), and business-review information (Places), depending on the service.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — publishes posts to your social accounts when you use Social Autopilot.
- Ayrshare — an alternative way we publish to several social platforms at once.
- DataForSEO — supplies business-listing and search data for SEO and research.
- BrightLocal — tracks local search rankings and listings for the SEO service.
- Plausible — privacy-friendly website analytics. It is cookieless and does not track individual people.
Your own payment and ad accounts
Some tools connect to your own accounts, not ours — and we are not the one handling that data. For example, if your website takes orders, the money flows through your own payment provider (such as Stripe, Square, or Shopify) straight into your account. Paid-ads budgets are spent through your own Google or Meta ad accounts. These are yours, not our subprocessors.
Changes to this list
We keep this page up to date. When we plan to add or replace a provider that handles our clients' customer information, we let affected clients know in advance, as described in our Data Processing Agreement, so they have a chance to ask questions.
